League & Division Structure
From Grand Prix Racing Online
GPRO leagues and divisions conform to a basic pyramid structure.
Each league has 40 managers, whereby the top 4 will promote, and the bottom 16 relegate (obviously no-one promotes from Elite, and no-one relegates from Rookie).
The divisions are built as follows:
